Sami Miettinen

Sami Miettinen is the founder and host of the Neuvottelija (The Negotiator) podcast, Finland's leading negotiation-skills expert, and an experienced investment banker at Translink Corporate Finance. Together with Juhana Torkki he has made negotiation skills accessible to everyone through the books Neuvotteluvalta (Negotiation Power) and Uusi neuvotteluvalta (New Negotiation Power).

With an international career at Translink Corporate Finance, Credit Suisse and SEB, Miettinen is known for breaking down complex financial and negotiation topics into clear, insightful discussions. The Neuvottelija podcast has attracted millions of streams and brings leading guests from Finland and around the world.

Since 2026 Sami also documents his multi-agent AI lab — Samantha, Stöbä and Hermes — in the OpenClaw Chronicles, a build-log of practical agent architecture, memory and security.
